Turning a double play from third base.

Turnin 2 from 3rd base What I love about this: •Glove foot hits when ball hits glove to keep momentum going to target. •She’s using just glove hand(not 2 hands) because ball is outside her body frame. •Because ball is outside her body frame, her body is slightly turned to where the ball is going so she can stay fluid. •She stays low on the transfer to throw. •Lower arm slot because she’s going to her left and it allows her to stay fluid and get rid of it quicker.

Backhands

You want to use a backhand?  Notice how low these Michigan State baseball players get to the ground to field the backhand and, if possible, getting their eyeballs behind their gloves.

Top Half hitting

This is a good example of what we want your top half look like while hitting.  Bat back towards catcher as front foot lands, hands stay close to the body as the bat rotates around the body and hands stay above the barrel as the bat gets into the hitting zone. The bat rotates around until the inside arm gets into the power "L". After contact the hands move into the power "V" but do not roll  until well after contact.
